We offer a straightforward, friendly service from start to finish — from helping you choose the right stove through to installation and aftercare.
When we take on a job, we want the end result to be exactly what you expected. We don't bamboozle you with technical jargon, but we will explain how your stove works and how to get the most out of it.
We'll visit your home, have a look at what you're working with, and talk through your options. Within a few days you'll get a free, no-obligation quote covering the stove and full installation.

If you've got an existing fireplace, we'll check it's suitable and safe. If it needs opening up or any building work, we'll take care of that too. In older houses especially, restoring a fireplace to its original size can really transform a room — the exposed brickwork makes a great backdrop for a new stove.
No chimney? No problem. We install twin-wall flue systems that run internally through ceilings and out through the roof, or externally up the side of the building.
We handle all the finishing work too — rendering, plastering, hearth laying, and mantle installation.
We're OFTEC registered, which means your stove will be installed safely and in line with all current building regulations for solid fuel, flues and chimney work. A properly registered installation also means your stove runs as efficiently as possible, giving you the most heat for your fuel.
Once the job's done, we provide a certificate of compliance and notify OFTEC, who pass the details on to your local authority. This certificate is an important document — solicitors ask for it when you sell your home, and not having one can cause problems with house insurance.
